Well i would be not so sure. Of course you can rank with and without PR, but i am 100% sure it is easier with some PR then without it. And with PR i mean PR of exact URL where your link is, not just PR of domain. Check this KW as an example - "bleach episode guide". 22k exact and a guy is nr 3 for a long time already with actually just 3 backlinks - on high PR very low OBL sites (his sites probably) with zero onsite content. PR is also the reason why guys are ranking so well with paid SAPE backlinks. PR just mean that a site has some age and already some strong tier2 backlinks
Also have to agree here. Was hammering a very competitive term with high PR blog net posts and it was on the bottom half of page 1. Stopped with the blog nets and just concentrated with GSA and now it has dropped out of the top 100.
I am sure it dropped because all the posts have slowly rolled of the home pages with PR over the last few weeks.
As i allready have alot of target sites to post to, i do use PR filter just to filter the massive global list of mine. This is how my campains would look :

For indexing i use Indexification service and thats all. I also ping the backlinks with the Options > Indexing > Submit backlinks URL to blog search engines. I usualy build 3 tiers (depends on the keyword competitin). But i mainly use tiers to bring seo value and index the previous backlinks.

I have been successfully ranked about any competition level keywords over the past 10 months i use GSA SER. I might start a case study thread, or a my success story with GSA and explain how i only use GSA for my seo campains.
Forgot to state that i only use Captcha Breaker to submit with GSA SER. No third party captcha service active. So all the successfully live links that i screenshotted are created with Captcha Breaker only(different domains). Captcha breaker is by far the leading captcha software tool on the market with the highest success rate also! I absolutely LOVE IT aswell as GSA SER. I could probably get around 400% more success if i use captcha services? dunno i just predict

hmm i thought Tiers are contextual sites only !?! Since your Tier2 uses not only contextual .. ? .. it should be better to seperate your non contextual sites for a tier to secondary links so you can handle them better
@traged Hey sure, i just got my domain expired because i let it expire i dont wanna own that website anymore, so i ranked with the second method "Microniche or small low competitor keywords :" on keyword "khaki pants" 22,200 exact global searches google .com place 6-7 i ranked. I just built 2 campains. One had around 5-6k tier 1 links (contextual mostly) and after built tier 2.
@kaykay well i try to make tier 1 with as many contextual as i can, but not only. I also want some diversity.
@thisisalex Yes i check all platforms from gsa ser but i skip indexer, pinger, refferer and video because first 3 are mainly for indexin purpouses. I tried different formats and different anchor texts but what i find out yesterday is that you can build links with 80% your main keyword as anchor text without any issues for youtube videos. I just ranked yesterday 2 videos on youtube. Well i blasted 3 days ago 2 videos, and now they are ranked VERY VERY well. On quite medium competition, i mean medium twards high competition. I blast as much as i can, usualy i do 15-25k backlinks in a day twards a video.
@eLeSlash thanks for jumping on board and supplying with all the information.. good to know a lot of it. Also, really appreciate the lists and all your images.. One question actually, when people talk about mediawikis, tikiwikis and all of these platforms.. you mentioned you have 5k mediawikis.. what does that mean? Do I need to load extra platforms to the ones already in GSA? Where do I find these platforms?

I thought I'll do a quick update on my test projects:
Project 1:
Tier 1 has 134links
Tier 2 has 960 links
Tier 3 has 2535 links
There has been movement up and down between position 25 and 20 the past few days, I feel like something wrong has happened and it will start dropping now, unfortunately not making it to position 1 or even page 1. I feel this could be because of several reasons or just one:
a. Not chosing contextual only platforms
b. Not using private proxies
c. Maybe needing to use better anchor words?
d. Perhaps I'm not creating the right content - I've dropped a URL in each article, but it is also listed in the title and sometimes at the bottom of the article - could be an overkill?
e. Maybe I should have given Tier 1 less of a push.. 134 links in 2 weeks might have been an overkill
I'll have to tweak and test these out, but if anyone has advise on this one that'd be appreciated.
Project 2:
This was my complete and utter spam project. Although, I'm only at 2,500links after 1-2weeks, which makes me think is not enough compared to the numbers others are talking about.
The position is still the same as it was 4days, hasn't moved up or down.. position 19 in G..
Not really sure what's going on here.. but will pause the campaign and see where those links might take me and then maybe un-pause it early next week if nothing happens.
ACW on it's own typically gives around 90-95% uniqueness because although every sentence is from another article, they are all mixed up. This would be even higher with TBS added into the mix.
@collywobbles love your program, typically my industry needs quite specific medical descriptions, so I tend to grab those sentences and add them manually to my Tier1 articles.
@KayKay to be honest, as mentioned above, I use ACW to an extent.. mix it up with my own manual sentencing and then use TBS for synonyms and other lines..
After about 3hrs of work I get around 90-95% on +500articles, and for the native-english speaking people, they're quite readable too..
@velocity well depends, if its a brand new just purchased domain, i will want to start slow with 150 backlinks per day for 4 days then rise it up with 50 backlinks every 3 day. So its basically like this : Today 150 (verified backlinks) Tomorrow 150 verified 3rd day 150 verified 4th day 200 verified 5th day 200 verified 6th 200 verified 7th day 250 verified 9th day 300 verified 12 day 350
And i usualy stop at 500-600 backlinks per day in the end.

register a www. url that the key word relate to only.
your on page 2 already in Google with that keyword by doing above.
know submit to directory's around 5.000 will be good enough.(power submitter ok)
know add back links with your keyword, let it run all day and night for 2 weeks.
after two weeks page 1 in goggle but at the bottom and can go easly.
know let make sure it stays there for years.
get chimp or any spinier ok.
create a 500 word article about your project, keyword in mind.
submit 500 article's that are spun, add article to high pr7 or above article websites, like(ezine articles).
know create a 30 word sentence, about your project ,spun it 500 times, submit to pr7 or above blog websites like(word press) .
know create a video to your project, your keyword in mind, add to YouTube. title keyword. discretion keyword.
know create a three slides , your need tell them your keyword x3 times on each slide, add this to upload slideshare.com
know go to how to and ansaws with yahoo .com, create x2 account, can not post on account till 1 week yahoo rules, when you can post add a question with your project / keyword in mind that using 1 account.
3 days later log into the other account, and ansaw to your first post , but add your ansaw pointing to your web site with the adsence.
last one go to face book add a account with project and keyword in mind create a advert in facebook.
.............. so know your in Google at the middle first page, your also in yahooo directory so the link stays there in Google, you got a video from YouTube and slide shere your staying in Google you got a Facebook advert.
carry on posting links for around a month or so, until you beat the top competitor in backlinks.
watch the traffic watch your earnings massive .
yes this method can even be better with more social link adverts.
your looking at 50.000 month do it wright.

back links is for google to see how many links are linked to a website, but remember the pr0 to pr9 are also in mind.
if your got all pr9 backlinks to a competitor website, they still might be above you in goggle, know you need to see how many article they got, then see how many videos they got, then see how many images they got,and how many slideshow they got and how many question and an saws they got on the .net, i am sure if you get more then they got criteria then of course your be in front of them in google.
remember if you are going to beat a person goals then make sure at least thumb of rule double up.
if the got videos 100 you get 200 in Google images 100 you get 200 in Google article 500 you get 1000 in Google
as you can see this is all white hat, not black hat.
@ron I have been following your post about focusing on article sites and I have been doing that for about 2 weeks and the links are sticking. I too am using ACW and it works just perfect. But one area I am confused about if I thought I had read that when your selecting Articles to promote that in your project settings you do not search by keywords but via the global lists. I may not be getting this correctly. Thanks to you all for these posts.
Adsense - ARG!!! The only issue with this is those of us where we reached near the 100$ level at adsense only for them to close our account. I have not had a adsense account for over 5 years because of their ways. If i knew I could open new account without them knowing my other one I would do it. But since my mailing address and name is the same I do not think its ever going to work with them. Wish there was something as close and as good $$ as adsense without them closing accounts when it reaches the payout limit.

Yesterday I purchased Lindexed as I've been reading about it.. it seems to be a lot quicker than GSA indexer and seems to do the job quite well - anyone else find this?
Also, anyone seeing similar results / have comments about my volumes of links etc etc.. am I playing it too safe, or does this look ok to the experienced bunch?
One more thing, I am not doing any other SEO, SEM etc etc.. just using GSA.
Project 1 - the Tiered Link Building structure has been slapped for some reason.. not sure why, it was only on page 2, last position and now it's on position 5 of page 4.. hmmmm.. unsure why? I think its because there is a penalized site being 301'd to it.. can't really think of any other reason why..
Project 2 - my complete and utter spammed site has magically moved up 7 spots. it's now still on page 2 but instead of the bottom it's 2nd from the top.. the way this is going, perhaps it will make it to the top spot by next week? Lets see if it does and how long it lasts!

Project 1 - no update, still stuck on page 4, I think this domain is ruined somehow, will keep it going but already started a new one a week ago just incase..
The good news.. my spammed site is #2 on G!!!!!
It's #2 for my favourite keyword and #5 for 3 other keywords..
Something must have happened on G over the past 16hrs to make it jump up an entire page and hit the top spot..
I guess I'll have to wait and see now how long it will last there as I've heard in many places that they only last a certain amount of time.. sometimes a week sometimes months..

However, is it worth the speed decrease to check for PR? That's up to you.
Inevitable even with PR checking turned off you still get some high PR links.

how many submits per day approx per video do you do?
