On it now. Another load balancing issue (But it should not be as widespread this time.) - Were moving everything over to a co-located setup and were having some issues getting all the servers to play nice with each other.
The good news is once this is handled, it should be the last of any issues for a long, long while.

Something is happening on 1captchas end as same as Devil I've noticed yesterday many 403's and today I'm seeing many "not recognized" on capcha types that were solved before.

Please confirm your still having problems - I'm looking at your feed in the database, (Along with a bunch of other peoples) and everything seems to be fine.
I *think* were done with the transition to the distributed setup I was talking about earlier, and I cannot find any nodes that are misbehaving off hand - But if you are still having intermittent problems it means I've missed something.
Thanks for your patience during the move - but everything SHOULD be working 100% at this point. Please let me know if its not; and of course I'll be keeping an eye out to.
I find something strange in CB, I use CB as primary but I found many of unsolved captchas then I look at the logs in frontend and I found this... please take a look

Thanks for the follow-ups. We should be back to normal now - Looks like we were timing out on response time earlier.
I'll quit messing with everything now; but as before please let me know if any issues crop up though (And if you can, give me time-stamp for when they do. Because of this load balancing, I cant always find anything wrong in my own logs - Its only one node, or another, thats messing up - and only some users being effected).
I'm trying to upgrade my plan as I'm seeing many "exceeded threads" errors in logs but http://1captchas.com/members/signup is down so i'm unable to do so.

Hey @seomarketking, you should be able to upgrade no problem now. I disabled new sign-ups and upgrades until I had all the kinks out of the new system.
I'm going to PM you a coupon code for your upgrade to thank you for your patience.
And thanks everyone else to! Its been a busy, busy launch so far but I think we have everything under control as of now.
does this service try to solve also the noRecaptcha? (I'm not a robot/click on images)

Yeah solvecaptchas, so your also my client (And we literally JUST closed a support ticket), so I'm going to ask - just this once - that you not spam my thread with your service.
Also, on the note of Recaptcha2; We'll have that in the next day or so @djp3k05. We've been beta-testing for about a week now, and at the moment are bringing everything online and dealing with the new scaling issues from the OCR.
Recaptcha2 will be included in our regular packages, and will not be a new and/or additional charge.
Please check the service its not working properly since last few hours even your site is not opening... In GSA it shows login unsuccessful ...please fix it asap

Hi!
For the past few days I've been getting a lot of captcha errors in GSA SER logs
I've been also receiving important messages from GSA SER saying: "1Captchas.com Error: undefined error message (probably down)"
But this is happening only in one of my VPSs (89.32.178.217)
The other VPS I have (89.32.178.216) is just fine
Would you please take a look at this for me?

I apologize for not answering your second ticket more quickly - things have been crazy over here for the past few days (We JUST released Recaptcha2 a few days ago and have been bogged down dealing with it)
Everything should be sorted now; and I thank you for your huge, HUGE amount of patience with us.
We will try to handle support queries more quickly in the future.
I'm also getting "1captcha probably down" on my dedicated server since the day i start using 1captcha. Care to share what problem did your vps provider find?

No clue what the issue is here; but can you try toggling your firewall on and off? Thats the only thing I can guess at - and more than likely your server provider has an external firewall thats blocking us to.
If toggling your own firewall does it, just add an exception for 1captchas.com and/or IP address 209.222.110.107
dedi provider said they are not using centralized firewall. i already disable win firewall but i still get red alerts from 1captcha, is this caused by insufficient captcha threads for my plan?

Right now everything looking fine. I will do an occasional follow-up on the image logs and let you know if something arise.
