Sorry no one managed to answer your pre-order questions over the weekend. That is typically a slow period for us, and sometimes we do not manage to get through all the Skype requests.
If you'll pass along your account ID, I'll re-enable you - But if you login from more than 3 IPS within 24 hours again, your going to have to wait out the Auto-ban while I look through the tracer urls in your list and see how its being shared
In the future, please use the ticket system when in dire need of support. Skype support is something we offer as a gratuity to our clients, and not something we always manage to monitor (Though it is unusual for neither myself OR Sagar not to be online.)

I've re-enabled your account, but it will auto-lock again if it detects so many logins in quick succession. I'll also be keeping a special eye on the tracer-urls in your list given that in the 2 hours or so your account was active you managed to login from 20 different IP addresses.
Even when your account is locked, you should most definitely still be able to access that part of the site. I'm looking now to see if everything is behaving properly - and definitely apologize if it was not.
To answer your other questions, the support system is the primary means of contact for 1Linklist. This is both because the support staff can monitor that more easily than a single shared inbox, and because our Mailservers have been getting ddossed repeatedly for the last week or so. (At which point they just shutdown for a few hours until the attack dies down).
We've tried multiple times to setup receiving mail-servers elsewhere, but they never stick. As it stands, were able to send mail safely and reliably using Amazon - but last time we tried to use them to *receive* mail they threatened to shut our account down.
Hopefully I'll come up with something clever soon, but until then contacting us via email is iffy - So stick to the support system! There are people sitting around, literally waiting to answer your questions.

Why can't I seem to access my account at the moment? Even tried to change my password a few times, but still can't access?
Sent an email to support@1linklist.com and added you on Skype, as obviously without having access to my account I can't raise a ticket. However, your email bounced and you've not accepted my request on Skype.
Don't think it makes sense for me to pay US$50+ for a service that i can't even utilize??

You should have received an email when your account was locked. This means that either your linklist was being distributed outside of intended channels, or your account was accessed from more than 6 IPs in a 24 hour period.
If you'll let me know your username, I'll go ahead and unlock your account this time, but the locking system is automatic; next time it happens your account/list will be manually reviewed for breaches and you'll be kicked out of our little club if it looks like your redistributing your list.
Sorry you've had trouble logging in. We take list redistribution very seriously, as it negatively affects the experience of all our clients. An aggressive stance against it is really our only reasonable response.
The site is back up already, and 1Sync has been updated every day since release. I had to stop direct-publishing to the members area each day because we ran out of space on the old server (Hence why I moved us, and why you may have had access issues for the last day or so - I'm still cleaning up loose ends, but most functionality should be restored at this point.)
We have however published roughly 2 million new verified urls this month, so as far as final product is concerned you've been getting it. (More than advertised, in point of fact.)

Jordan, please fix my subscription. I have charged on my paypal but 1linklist ended my subscription, also it's hard to reach your contact right now, already send ticket on helpdesk, email support, Skype, no response. I contact Skype sagarpatil but he said talk with the owner jordan. I added you on Skype but you are not approve my request. Already 4 months using your service but you ended me like this.

I've already responded to your ticket. As far as our system indicates, your subscription is still active. I've reset your sub (And added the corresponding missing time). Please let me know if your still having issues, as it means something else is wrong on our end.
Please try clearing your cookies/cache as well, that (might) help.
Problem is solved now. He also added corresponding missing time for me, because i can't use service for that period. Really appreciate it, i really enjoy this list, usefull for me, hope there is no problem anymore for subscription.
