Registering, Verifying Emails but not Posting.

I've got a somewhat frustrating problem. GSA is registering and verifying emails but when it comes to actually posting it just stops like it's run out of target URLs. Any idea what might be causing this?

for what engines? Usually this happens on wordpress and drupal sites where later submission is not possible for most sites.

It's still pretty much all the contextual engines. As tons of other people have posted. Its can't be that all of us are screwing up.  Been using SER for about 2 years with very good success until now.

I just ran a test campaign on a fresh scrape on several search engines with about 2000 submitted and only have about 30 verified links .  I'm not even using my own verified list cuz they are no better so something has definitely changed.

This is with good private proxies, new email addresses, death-by-captcha services and a few thousand keywords for searches......  it's been this way for weeks now ......I guess this is how it's going to be.

It's a Sad day for SER.

and it continuous...@01971 deliver some sample URLS!?
  • I got it going in the end. Will try and replicate it on the next blast. This was with BuddyPress.

It seemed to get stuck when I had "Continuously try to post even if it failed.." turned on. I have all other options for feeding urls turned off. I'm just importing lists via the right click menu. It finished verifying and then never got on to the posting step.

  • at Sven I already did that a week or so ago and you said you couldn't find anything wrong.  Well, I assure you  I'm not making it up.  And neither are all the other guys on these threads below.

There is something wrong with either verification or something else in the program.  Again, I'm not even using my personal harvested list built over the last 2 years.  I can't get very many verified links even when trying to scrape new sites.

Hey, Sven, I'm not trying to be an A-hole just trying to let you know that there is a problem.  Hell I believe I notified you first about the problem before anyone else started posting on all the other threads.

What do you need from me in order to be able to fix the problem?

@01971 - What emails are you using? Just trying to narrow down the causes.
  • @01971 - take a look at this thread and see if you are having this problem too: https://forum.gsa-online.de/discussion/9771/xpress-engine-broken

at gooner  I've used hotmail (with the updated outlook info), I've used yahoo (spam filter enabled) and I've use email addresses from multiple providers.  Heck I even tried cpanel email addresses from several of my domains.

It's not email.  And private proxies from proxy-hub, buyproxies and another proxy provider as well.

Oh, and I have GSA-SER on 2 different servers.  And my friend also has SER on 2 servers and he has same problem with contextual sites.  He uses completely different email providers & proxy providers.

@01971 - I see, do you get that problem even when you run verified lists?
  • Both when runing verified and when scraping new list.  Tons of submitted but very few verified links, just like everyone else.

@01971 - The strange thing is that it's not everyone. My copies are running fine from verified lists, not great from scrapes but it's hard to know if that's because of SER or not.

But, i know other people are suffering with the problem so i know it's real.
I just don't understand why we are not all affected.
  • Right......
