I have earlier tried setting up SMTP on digitalocean vps for my catchall email , that setup had lot of problems . Also i got a notice from them for too many incoming mails to the node . other option was to go for costly offshore hosting . then came this guy

-> new email id every month ( i think so)
-> no need of maintenance or any other task .
i used the provided email id for a C&b project , till now i have submitted 250K links using only this email and no errors till now .

just signed up - looks good so far. I have a question regarding existing emails in a project - does GSA need them, or is it safe to delete existing email accounts in a project and add the catch all? Assuming email is only used for sign up, should be safe to delete those emails already used in GSA - correct?
Well if you want to be 100% sure, you can just set all the projects to "Active(VE)" and then once the projects finish, you can delete all the old ones.
As of right now, there really isn't any direct way to do this.
You could however get something like roundcube, set up your emails there and then login and see how full they are. We will probably setup some tutorials on doing that but can't make any promises.

Well it depends on the LPM more than it does on the number of projects so I haven't tested it in that particular way.
10 projects running on 200+ LPM would probably be too much but then again, you could run a single catch-all on 100+ projects with total 20 LPM without any problem whatsoever.
You would need to test this out yourself if you want to know for sure.
While I feel what you're saying, it's not trivial-easy (at least not for our current coder) and since our backend is still a work in progress, there are other things that also need to be implemented.
I'll try to do a short tutorial on checking the space left via 3rd party tools.
Also, if you're not pushing the limits of recommended LPM or hanging near the edge, you shouldn't ever have a problem with maxing out your space.
But all-in-all, showing the space left in your members area is a feature that we definitely want to implement sooner or later, I just can't promise that's it's going to be sooner rather than later.

Im also getting the message All Failed when testing the e-mails yesterday they were good and it worked fine during a day but right now is not working at all.
Just an update. My emails are working fine. I'm not getting any error messages within GSA SER any more.

I was having the same problem yesterday for a while. So far today things are working for me. Would love to hear what the cause is/was and what is planned to avoid problems going forward, because other than the temporary down-time yesterday (which was definitely frustrating), I'm loving these emails.
getting reset by peer and timeout errors. Tried pm through this forum and message through his website. No answer.

Hey guys, this week was the exam week or whatever you guys call it so I spent a minimum ammount of time online and figured the service could go 1 day without any problems. (guess I was wrong, lesson learned here)

It appears that the server is overloaded, which shouldn't be happening since there's barely 20 users on it and it's a mean machine. I'll update you once I know more.

Just an update for you guys, there shouldn't be any problems now. Also, if the No-ssl + port: 110 setting doesn't work, you can try enabling SSL and setting the port to 995, it seems that SSL connections are more stable for some reason.
@mexiken - If you goto http://seospartans.com/members-area/your-emails/ then select your email from the drop down box under " INFO / MANAGEMENT " you should see a button that says something along the lines of "Swap Email". I dont remember exactly what it says. I've already used my swap for the month.

BTW, Hinkys gave me a free tester over a month ago (I'm slow) and I'm reporting that so far I've had the least amount of issues of any other email provider I've ever used. Actually I have 2 bronze plans currently most likely gonna get a 3rd plan but Silver in August or September. Good stuff here!
Basically with this tools I can take emails, and just drop on GSA SER? How much emails can I take per month? I usually change ~200 emails per week to keep a good LpM ratio and etc. There is any discount for the silver package?

If you want to know more about catchalls, there are a few good threads about them here and you can also find a lot of info on our site.
As for the discount, I'm afraid there isn't one but there's a 7 day $1.99 bronze package trial available if you want to give one of these emails a shot.
Provided you have a big enough package for your LPM, you don't really have to do anything for 2 months +. (even tho you can replace each catchall once / month if you wish).
You just buy one of our catchall packages, download them in SER template, plug them in your projects (and most importantly, in your template projects) and that's it as far as your email concerns go.
