@sabahatWhile it's a nice selling point, I don't think VPS for every customer would be beneficial for them. Maybe if you package it with some custom domains, direct inbox access, etc. Tho it might be a bit expensive for you and ultimately, for your customers.
Your best bet going forward would be to focus 100% on stability (Ideally high availability clusters but that's easier said than done).

fengli The server seems to be acting up a bit but it doesn't seem to be completely down according to our monitoring. Anyway, it seems to be better now, try again.
If not, just try refreshing it a few more times, that should get you in.

I thought these were root emails and not shared root domains with subdomains? Several of my emails are on the same root domain.

As for having the same root domain, we have just under 40 different domains. The catchalls are assigned to each user randomly so sometimes it happens. You can instantly swap any catchall that's bothering you tho.
I've doubled your catchalls, you now have 20 in your account.
