Noticed two guys during team viewer sessions manually selecting a bunch of projects so decided to type it up in the hope it saves people time while managing large volumes of projects .
Although I don't have any immediate plans to push out any GSA related content right now I thought I would just post as I have started posting to my blog again as well as started uploading to my YouTube channel.
@shaun - really enjoyed your videos. Couple of thoughts on your resolutions:
- I've always had trouble with sleeping, and I've found that using a blue light emitter in the morning helps me a lot. Also good for dealing with seasonal depression. - Since a few of your points are fitness related, you would probably benefit from lifting weights if you aren't already.
Anyway, best of luck in 2018 and keep us updated on your progress
Is a blue light emitter just a blue light? I searched on amazon but it only brings up a bunch of torches.
I flipflop between wanting to do running and wanting to do weights. My current plan is to nail my diet then when I have lost some weight to start running and when I reach my goal weight switch over to weight lifting. Knowing me though I will probably run for a month, get board and then join a gym and start lifting .
You'll lose more fat by lifting weights and putting on some muscle, and you'll enjoy it a lot more too. Plus running is something I can imagine Rand Fishkin doing, and who wants that
@shaun: I always liked your logo from when I first saw it a while back. Love the one with the lab equipment!
Now...I like the logo even more, seeing it's a cartoonized version of your self!!!
Best of success to you with your '18 health plan. I like walking, mostly in hilly woods. It doesn't get boring. Running outside is more fun than a treadmill...
redrays: I like to meditate with a light every day. I use white LEDs, but the blue-sky-sunlight spectrum would probably be better. I think light therapy works great for me, helping in the dark winter with sleep cycles.
@Deeeeeeee cheers man, I had a bunch of left over credit with an artist I commissioned for a different YouTube project so I am just getting her to churn out images for thumbnails/featured images now .

Anyway, if the blue light emitter doesn't work then move to Spain.
Even exercising is different under natural blue light.
@TheGypsy I had a bigger beard before new year but I tried to shave it like ragnar from vikings while drunk and screwed it up .
