I already knew it .Even i tried to get full system too. If you have discussed with his he personally accept 1 time 10 actives also he sell only 40 copies instead of 50. I don't think that there's any quality changes. Also i was little worry about 2nd handed new user. But i believe and he promised he only sell to quality vendor.
He is in trouble and i still assuare his support and service as a vendor.
