    Yes but before your customer support was horrible.

    It took days to receive any response from you and no solution for days.

    Also service had lots of downtime.

    What is different now regarding support and service reliability?

    Since jan 2014 we dont have any major downtime , services are 99% up from then
    support is sometime gets delayed bcoz of timezone we lives and work in complete opposite from most of the clients we are improving that i can assure you one thing that from now there wont be any service or support related issues and we are working very hard to make this king of captcha solving service tomorrow we are going to add more captcha such as smf , kcaptcha and many others

    1. Is there any option to solve by a certain percentage like CB does? I.e. - if I want to have 100% success for recaptcha your system would skip recaptcha so I could send to other service?

    2. How accurate is your Hotmail solver?

    3. Do you solve mail.ru captchas?

    I was a user of @Spamvilla before Kelvin shut it down. It was, without a doubt, the best OCR for Recaptcha that I ever used. When the double blobs came out, it was useless (as was every other service). Now that Kelvin has fixed it, I'm signing up right now.

    Looking good so far, and my account was activated almost instantly. I would say about 50% of them look correct just watching them scroll by.

    Hi there, just created this account to give some well deserved feedback.

    Same as Brandon, I was Spamvilla's client before reCaptcha blobs destroyed every OCR Rental out there. I reached Kelvin after trying several other providers, none of them as effective as his service, both in speed and precision. I explored even more options after the shutdown and found that all of them had persished. 

    Here we are, about half a year later, and I've just finished a free test drive. Out of about 450 of Google's latest double word reCaptcha (no blobs, no single+image, no images), 38% were solved correctly, and only %2 where not solved at all. It's a small sample, but those nombers are HUGE. Will probably update again when I get a sizeable measure.

    I'm activating my service right now. Keep it up!

    Since you don't allow hotmail account for registration, I used another email account(gmail), when my paypal account is hotmail which was used for the payment.

    tutughosh  we have policy for hold orders for 24 hours max but i still activating most instant clients i know from past , new one still 12 hours or so going to process entire pending orders from last night in next 2-3 hours max

    Hi there. I have tested new spamvilla OCR for last 24h and now, I can confirm that it's working extremely good. It's the first really good working OCR since recaptcha changed his algorithm in May 2014.
    I assure you that - if you see how good it works - you will drop down your old OCR providers in a second.
    All other services are not even close to that new one. It solves almost 100% recaptcha images with real success correct recognition at 40-50%. For those who don't believe - ask Kelvin on Skype, I'm sure he will provide test account for every unbeliever.

    100% recommend.

    @Spamvilla I made the switch from CaptchaTronix to you guys since you seem to have better solve rates and very good reviews but even though I switched your "test" of the two is highly inaccurate (at least for Tronix).

    Right now I have Tronix as #1 and Villa as #2

    Tronix has been sent 5841 and Villa's been sent 2769 so that means it's about a 53% solve rate for Tronix with 50 semi-dedi proxies as well.

    Don't get me wrong. I'm glad I switched but just wanted to let others know who may have Tronix.

    "Solved" means nothing my friend. Only "Solved correctly" count. Tronix only "solving" the new spamvilla "solving correctly almost every second max third captcha. spamvilla's provided test is accurate believe me I have tested it too with selmade tester. Captcha breaker and any other staff dont tell what is the "correctness" it only showing that captcha is solved (no matter it is correct or not). Tronix ocr was designed for old recaptchas solving and his engine is not updated yet for solving new ones at good correctness. Major recaptcha update was in may 2014. Since then only Kelvin made a good jb.

    @revi yeah it didn't cross my mind about solved incorrectly vs solved correctly but I still don't think 8% is entirely accurate. Like I said, I'm glad I switched still. Thanks for the info though.

    OldFusser let me explain you what revi said is true , the problem is xyz  captcha solving service solving wrong max of them i posted on first page the result bcoz i been asked several times to do comparison with reverse proxy and captcha tronix vs spamvilla , CB you can say a its a router between spamvilla and SER it accept recaptcha if there is spamvilla set it will send recaptcha to spamvila simply and shows ressult and capture count it solved by us it has no capability to know which is solved correctly or not solved correctly bcox SER doing submissions , Solving rate means they can solve %% number of captcha;s it does not mean accuracy what i always say in my threads do one thing remove them and put spamvilla or put spamvilla 1st option then let it run one day u will see the magic :) and the 8% test is based on solved accurate only VS page http://api.recaptcha.net/noscript?k=6LfwKQQAAAAAAPFCNozXDIaf8GobTb7LCKQw54EA&is_audio=false only for 2 words captcha you can test it with simple webform tester which is avaiable on our website knowledgebase

    @SpamVilla Thanks for the info. I just upgraded to 20 threads instead of 10. Is this done automatic or is there a wait? Also is there a link to somewhere explaining the other types of captchas you can solve other than recaptcha? I recently sent your service to #1 for recaptcha and have seen a 75-80% solve rate vs tronix's 50-55% which I'm pretty happy about. I also have it set as the last service to try and solve any captcha's CB can't.

    OldFusser  well thanks for some feedback but there is a hell and heaven difference between captcha tronix and spamvilla solving rate is not based on accuracy based actually solving means it solving the captchas but its not accuracy rate , well infact you can rate any other service comparison to us and you find same result but still i want you to thank you for testing you done kudos
