Penguin 2.0 is coming any thoughts on how this might effect GSA users....? Which backlinks would be discounted or totally ignored? Would tier 1 links as suggested by ron and ozz still be effective?
Apart from what she tells you i suggest to just wait and see. But I don't think that a strategy that is trying to emulating human behaviour will be that bad in the eyes of google.

To answer this question: Links in general won't be effective anymore. Better start SEOing your sites by removing your links, the only way to avoid the penguin!
