have you made sure all your links from those are Processed? As some people got mistaken that when they submit their links they will instantly get indexed, while by default a 7 day dripfeed is applied when creating a campaign.

Every indexing service is accomplishing indexing its own way and uses different set of techniques. Some links get indexed through some techniques, other links through other techniques and so on..
If one can afford to have multiple indexers, yes it is highly recommended to have atleast 2 of them to get the max out of his links indexed
