I use to have a big list of accounts I bough form another provider but now, they all fail : "Last-error:-ERR This account has POP disabled. Go to the Outlook.com option page to enable POP."

Are you account POP3 enabled ?

Can I have test accounts ? If it works then I will order 5K of them.
