Scheduler not working

Sven here what i did but not working..

suppost i have 4 projects with status active.
i pressed start button and all 4 projects start running.
then i have select 3 project and click scheduler(all selected)
now i have set 1 number of project run at same time and tick option stop project with status active.

so if everything right then should be run only 2 project. 1 with scheduler and 1 without scheduler.

But this is not working.
all 4 projects are running which are set to status active.

am i missing something again?

Hmm maybe...but the same thing you described works over here. I don't know what I do different here.
