Does scheduler interferes with cutsom verification time?

If I set total 2 projects in scheduler to change every, say, 30 minutes, with 1 active at a time, and in Options I set Custom verification time to, say, 90 minutes, does it mean Project A will be verified in 90 minutes time or in 150 (when his 90 minutes really ended) from the start?

the time it starts to verify depends on the date a site was added to the database, not the time a project is started.
