Loaded 0/0 URLs from site lists after Restore

I backed up all my projects (around 20) to transfer everything over to my new laptop (Win 8) from my Win 7 PC. When I restored everything after using "Back Up All" I keep seeing in the log "Loaded 0/0 URLs from site lists" scrolling nonstop for what seems to be all projects it's still building a few URLs maybe 1 or 2 every hour rather than hundreds.  Any ideas what could be going on here?  Is this a setting, bug, am I overlooking something here?

    You seem to forget to also restore your site lists. And now you probably have no site lists on the new PC and it tries to get target URLs from site lists only resulting in that "0/0" message.

    @ Sven  i am also getting "0/0" message after i update my SER . How to get back/new list of targeted list? Do I have to "delete cache and target history" ?

    it doesn't hurt to "delete target history" once in a while.

    i also get 0/0 list and dont know why, seven said it is my proxy problem. how do you solve your problem?

    If its a proxy problem , try to find threads here for proxy problems then.
