Social networking account feature?

So social networking is a huge part in seo now so it would be really good to have a social networking feature so that you can post stuff and tweets when you want making it seem that those accounts are active? and account follower and that?

    there is the micro-blogging platform to use. can you not just run that and import already created accoun

    SER is a bulk submission tool... what you describe is a dedicated Twitter tool like Tweet Demon or Tweet Adder. Why don't you have a look at those? SER can't be everything.
