So social networking is a huge part in seo now so it would be really good to have a social networking feature so that you can post stuff and tweets when you want making it seem that those accounts are active? and account follower and that?

SER is a bulk submission tool... what you describe is a dedicated Twitter tool like Tweet Demon or Tweet Adder. Why don't you have a look at those? SER can't be everything.
