"Cannot modify hosts file"

When I start Captcha Breaker, it gives me the message that it can't modify my hosts file.

Tells me to try turning off my anti virus/anti malware software

I've tried that.

And I've tried creating exceptions for Captcha Breaker in everything I have running to protect the computer

But I'm still getting the message

Can you give me the modification required to my hosts file, so I can insert it myself and fix it that way?
