I can't register captcha breaker and SER

I entered name and license but after restart program nothing changed. Please help. I have setuped run as ADMIN already.

    Are you running the software with admin privaledges set?

    Right click the start program and click on "run as administrator"

    @lianggeren - Just make sure that you have everything perfect with uppercase, lowercase, and no extra spaces. A lot of people copy and paste their ID's in there, not realizing that sometimes when you do that an extra space gets pasted in at the end - which won't allow access. Give it a shot and type it in manually.

    ye that may happen. but not me this time. i type it manually very carefully. I think the problem is my name is not in english when i order at avangate.
