Use new engine v. 8.48

My use new engine option is missing from the gui. Here is what a friend gsa looks like:

    Only appears on the first time after a update with new engines.
    that mean if you close the program then restart it, it won't present. if u start the program after an update without new engine come along with it, it won't present.

    I used the option "Use new engine" and this happened!
