hotmailaccount did you actually tested these with GSA ser. Your fix -- do u mean you changed it on Hotmail or did you only update the mail server path.
The ones u fixed for me on the weekend, all failed.
Shoot me some via skype and i will test them again in GSA if you want.

I had the same problem as BanditIM fixed my problem. I sent them 200 dead emails and now they are working. What's interesting, when I tested them (14 emails) I got an error from SER: "Las error: ERR EXceeds the login limit for 15 minute period. Reduce the frequency of requests to POP3 server". So not sure, if testing is a good idea. Maybe bandit or @sven can comment on this.

Same here, have stopped using outlook and hotmail, won't touch yahoo because they are just as painful with phone verification and annoying strictness. Thanks gooner for making me aware of rediffmail and seznam, they work like a charm.

@johnmiller - how big is the difference between hotmail and your new mails ? I still have like 1000 hotmails left, but if you get at least 20% - 30% verifieds with seznam or rediffmail than before, that would be worth to consider.

@RayBan to be honest I have yet to make a 100% statistically significant comparison - that would include running 2 cloned projects with the exact same lists etc. and right now I don't have capacity for that. Also, a few days ago I already exchanged all my hotmail/outlook with rediffs, so there are no exact figures right now I can give you. I definitely noticed the submitted/verified count going up but by how much I can't say.
However, even if it was just 10% it would be worth it in my opinion. As an example, if you build 100k links per day that would be 10k lost verifieds if using big email providers like hotmail.
Drop me a pm and I'll give you 10 accounts to test so you can see if it makes a difference for your projects. If not keep using up your 1k hotmails.

I just bought hotmails with POP3 enabled. Hotmail didn't stop using POP3, they changed a setting, with POP3 being an optin.
