Few Qustions, drupal, loading articles

1, I thought GSA SE could post to drupal blogs? where is this located?
2, GSA can load articles from a file? how should it be formated? with the title in the first paragraph?

    2) Can't answer that exactly but you should have a look into the macro guide (Help -> View Macro Guide) and S4nt0s article guide.
