catch all not working

hi guys anyone have experience with catch all. I use crazy domains here in the uk and know the catch all works with other programs. Image below. Can you see any issues?

    in "Your E-Mail" you need to put in a valid Email like "catchall@mail.com" (= the account where all emails are forwarded to)
