Importing 3rd Party Verified List

Hi all, Im pretty new to GSA and have noticed there are a fair few 'verified lists' to be found through our best friend Google. Just wondering how would I import these into a project?

    right click the project, import target urls = done :)

    right click project(s) -> import urls

    also i suggest google with a search term like
    site:forum.gsa-online.de import url

    the google "site:" search is extremely helpful for beginners if you don't find answers in the FAQs or video tutorials.
