GSA Indexer - can it be 100% automated?

I'm a new GSA Indexer user, and not quite sure how to make it more automated. I see two windows - the main one, and a 'multiple URLs' box.  Do I always have to check the boxes and make them submit or can I have everything go automatically?

    If you are using it in conjunction with GSA SER, it is totally integrated (as long as you turn it on in SER). SER will automatically send the URLs to Indexer. If you are using indexer by itself of other lists of URLs that you have, then you have to load (paste) those into Indexer.

    The URLs do get sent to the indexer from GSA SER,  but I'm not clear if I'm supposed do anything? Here is what I see:

    Should I be checking the checkboxes, or just close that 'Multiple URLs' window and not need to do anything in there?

    What you should do is uncheck the "Create Report". This speeds things up as the program doesn't have to wait for the previous URL to finish processing but can continue with the next one.

    Else leave it as it is.
