public proxies or private proxies?

I am learning about GSA. I am trying to do some test runs and should I directly use private proxies or can I keep using what I scrape for educational purposes?

    If you don't know how to scrape and test public proxies to be used for posting then definitely get private or semi-private proxies for posting. No public proxies are so stable as private ones but no private ones are as cheap as public ones either :D

    Try not to go with super expensive proxies. Sometimes I find cheap proxies that holds for a long time.
