public proxies or private proxies?

I am learning about GSA. I am trying to do some test runs and should I directly use private proxies or can I keep using what I scrape for educational purposes?

If you don't know how to scrape and test public proxies to be used for posting then definitely get private or semi-private proxies for posting. No public proxies are so stable as private ones but no private ones are as cheap as public ones either

Try not to go with super expensive proxies. Sometimes I find cheap proxies that holds for a long time.
