indexing backlinks

about one year ago option "fetch as google" was removed from search console.

pinging websites, or softwares do not work

RSS, XML sitemaps also bad

fake account on blogger, with links in the page body, and search console also not working

My qusetion is:

How do you index links these days?

    Create backlinks for your backlinks. Limit the amount of top tier backlinks to quality links (more scraping, less posting).

    I run them through my indexer to be totally honest with you, nothing more, no gimmicks or flashy lights or bells, just submit them and move on to refreshing my campaigns, simple as that.

    I don't mean to come across as harsh or arrogant, but this is what I do and have been doing for a very long time.

    The fetch as googlebot was definitely going to come to an end sooner or later, it had been Googles freepass for quite some time.
