It's very diffult to send millions of genertaed backlinks to indexer service. Do the backlinks on my post will get index?? 
Is this possible?

    If you're one of my customers, I have a desktop tool that allows you to submit urls to your account using a .txt document in bulk.

    To answer your other question, I don't think many people would typically share their mass indexing techniques in fear it may be patched.
