GSA SER Starts Link Building Again After Updates

I'm finding that SER will pause building after xxx subs for the day but every time I update and restart it will start building xxx links for the day again. So whenever I update I have 2X xxx links built or even more if there are more updates. Or should I not restart it until the next day?

    change from "XXX submissions for XX Minutes" to "XXX submissions reached a day"

    Thanks Ozz. I do have the "reached in a day" option enabled though.

    please upload your log after SER shouldn't built any more links.

    OK how do I do that? Could it be anything to do with the randomizing +/- XX because on one project I have it set to +/-15 and it built another 29 links after I rebooted and restarted SER?
