Email verification "all failed"

Hello please i need help, be battling withis problem for close to three weeks, each time i want to verify it says "all Failed" and also i bought 1000 email thimkng that is the problem but the problem still persist.
When i try it with single mail and bulk mail. "All Failed"

what will i do?

Please help.

    You mean when testing the email accounts you're getting "all failed"? 

    What kind of email accounts are they? You most likely have them in the wrong format.

    Thank you for the reply,Yes,   i have them in right format because i bought 1000 email which other are testisfying that are work,

    Make sure ser isn't getting blocked.

    Ive never heard of using rambler.ru, most people use mail.ru or something like that right now.

    It's my email hosting issues, after i change the hosting, it works.
