    Yes it can -- currently solves at around 70% on average depending on how good your proxies are. Solve Media has good ban logic, so using an IP too many times or using bad IPs will result in very very hard captchas

    @HeavyD -- yes, no downtimes since the 29th for that little bit. Make sure you are using the correct credentials
