VKP, I will say you guys have some horrible customer support. I've submitted quite a few tickets and Not once have I received a single response. and Yes i've checked my spam folder and all that. Just nothing back from you guys. Not even a reply.
But I do like your lists and am having good results with those. Just wish the customer support was better.
We have 1 technical supporter and one for sales / billing issues. Except I am also maintaining . I am not sure why you didn't get a response. We normally replied 1hour to 12hours. (In some cases if we got too many tickets it will maximum take 24h.
I checked back-end and seems all tickets answered. I didn't notice any ticket with your user ID ( i believe its hunar as here)
BTW we are thinking to get 1 more support member. Maybe in 2 - 3 days. Also, I am happy you like our quality of targets. We purchased 2 more new servers for more performance. You will like more with that. Thank You
