Brand new proxies - not working. Help me to find the problem, please.

Hello, I'm using vpn and want to use proxies as well. I tried brand new proxies from 2 different sources:
newipnow.com and proxy-hub.com
When I test them, they're showing as "Not working". Please, help me to set the thing up. I'm running around 20 projects at a time and need to use the proxies to increase the verified links.

    and you test them with what? did they work in your browser? are they appearing with login/password (if any) correctly in the list?

    I'm testing them on bing.com with the string "microsoft.com". They're working fine with my browser. Everything is correctly added. Some proxies are with login and password and some are without.
