Trying To Rank a 2900 per month Keyword

Hi,

I bought some keyword research, they said it was low competiton. 

SO far I have 259 Tier 1 contextuals and 969 Tier 2 contextuals.

But its not ranked anywhere.

I have 50% exact match anchor, but not using and EMD or exact match page title.

Started the campaign 20 days ago.

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong please?

    @mooton - why aren't you using the EM of your target keyword string in your title tag?

    Try putting it right at the beginning......

    50% anchor text is too much it will get you banned

    I haven't got banned before just not ranked high enough.

    Are you suggesting a fixed number of Tier 1 links?

    The just send juice though my Tier 1 EMAs?

    Also any advice on quantity of links to build per day?

    I an only working on brand new non keyword domains, trying to rank subpages.

    As a rule of thumb I go to ahrefs report of top anchors for top 10 serps for my target niche and add 5% to it.

    Your way way way over optimized.It only takes a handful of links to rank for most keywords.
