Wikis for Tier 1?

For my tier 1 I am currently creating article, web 2.0, and social network backlinks. A lot of people are saying it is fine to create high quality wiki's for tier 1, since over time it gets harder to get article, web 2.0 and social network backlinks. Would it be fine to use wiki's for my tier 1 backlinks? If so, what would be the recommended PR and OBL filters to use?

    Hi @Goremay, yes you can use wikis, just make sure your content is decent.  Look for some of the posts by @ron, @Ozz and others about multi tier settings and you won't go far wrong.
