SER won't start after the upgrade

I downloaded the latest version manually and it nor the previous version will open.

maybe it has problems connecting to license server and SER decides to force quit. i was able to run earlier versions 5.0-6.0 without problems

same here, after updating to 11.46 SER is not starting.

Rebooted, then tried another re-install and everything is now running fine.
