"Use Global sitelists" suboptions best settings?

So I just bought this list https://forum.gsa-online.de/discussion/5582/gsa-auto-approve-list-46-546-verified-domains-low-lpm-is-a-thing-of-the-past#latest

When I was setting up GSA to post to the list I was thinking. I imported this list to verified like the instructional video said but I noticed I also had gsa set to submit to identified and submitted on the global site list?

I should set it to verified only right? What would be the point to resubmit to sites that are just identified or submitted? Wouldn't that just waste time, bandwidth and proxies?

    Yes, but if you want you can import your bought list into submitted, identified or failed and post to it from there.

    The benefit of doing that is to keep list separate, like keep your bought list separate from your own verified list.
    That what was mentioned on the instructional video i believe.
