Tier 2 setup

I am going to setup a Tier 2 pointing to my Tier 1's so how can I use my TIER 1 verified URLs and anchor text as a tier 2? Is it with the use of %BLOGURL%?

Please let me know.

in your newly created tier 2 campaign select use urls from another project and select your tier 1s. then select checkbox just a few boxes down that says use anchor text from original tier or words to. that effect.

I use <a href="%url%">%anchor_text%</a> inside all my articles (highly spun of course). This will pull in your tier 2 links contextually into the content.
