    @acronym sorry didn't had time to look at this ... its indeed questionable if this has a good result for your project so I left it out concentrating on other things.

    I don't think so they count as links but They rank well and get some residual traffic every month. I am getting traffic from doc sites since 2012 to a particular website, it has not changed. Good for targeting low competition keywords.
