very low Link Per Minute !!!

Hi friends , i am using GSA search engine ranke and CB GSA Seo Indexer in my vps with 2G Ram and CPU 4 . i am running my projects with 1000

threads but my LPM is only 5 to 8 !!! what is your guide to improve my LPM . what i need for it ? i am using private list from here .
