What do you mean get rid of the backlinks you don't want? Get rid of them in the software or get the webmaster to remove them?
Do delete them within the software you can right click on your project > show URLs > verified/submitted. In that window you can delete the links.
If you want to get rid of links from a website you would have to contact the webmaster or login and remove it. Its probably better to just try and build more quality links then have lower quality links removed.
