If your question is of serious nature: Options -> Advanced -> Tools -> Remove duplicate URL|Domain (from site lists)

lol! I was actually being serious! I didn't see that option before but
just tried it and thankful I now did - should save a lot of resources in
GSA just deleting these every now and then! thanks Ozz

I don't know what you exactly mean, but if you have a list of urls and want to delete the dupes before you like to import them to SER i would use Scrapebox for this, if possible. Notepad++ is also able to do this with the TextFX plugin.

SER only delete those dupes if they are in the site lists already, therefore after importing.
