Question about Black Listed Proxies & E-mails

Hi, this is the first time ive bothered with the blacklisted feature and am curious about the importance of refreshing e-mails? If I am only showing up one time should I wait to refresh that projects email? At what point is it a good idea to refresh the e-mail?

Secondly, I dove a little deeper and saw that my proxies have been reported as well... some of them as many as 10 times. Should I ask my provider for new proxies or is this a non-issue?

Sorry if this has been asked somewhere I couldn't find an answer with the search bar..

I refresh them once I know they are blacklisted.

no, only emails. once in a month i get new proxies, but you could try to change them, if you have the opportunity and your proxy provider allows it.
