Why My Threads are less than 10 though I set it as 100

I have been watching my GSA SER and find that my threads are very low though I set it 100..In the prior ,I set it 300 but the Threads are low as well. Photos are attached.Anyone can give me any suggestion? image

    make sure the image you like to insert here ends with .JPG, .PNG or .GIF and not .htm, .html or .php.

    do these public proxies work and give SER new target URLs to post to or do you get not much results at all (000/000)? if the latter is the case than SER simply does have nothing to do due to the lack of target urls.

    most are download failed error.and "previously successful"

    download failed is also caused due to public proxies. some private proxies are mandatory to get a bunch of successfull submissions.

    well..may I know private proxy is for submission or searching site list?

    at best for both. for submissions it is mandatory though if you are not on a bulletproof VPS (where no proxies are not necessarly needed for this task).

    i mean, you should have recognized that public proxies aren't reliable and stable at all until now.
