Prefered OCR engine changes always to OCR2

When this popup comes up the OCR engine changes always to OCR2 even if we click "No" or another OCR gives better results.

Yes I know, this is not really predictable and is just a guess as the other OCR engine gave more good results than the other. Though it might still work better the way it is as the other OCRs are used to correct the primary one (e.g. main ocr says it's V but other two say it's a Y...than it takes the Y instead).
