Problem with support
First, I apologize if posting in the wrong category.
On 07-14-2013, I contacted the user s4nt0s from BHW, I said I would like to make a refund because I bought the wrong product (I bought the GSA Search Engine again).
As he could not solve my problem, he asked to contact Sven: info@gsa-online.de
I contacted Sven and he asked me the 'Order number' and I answered. Now it makes about 1 week ago that he does not answer.
Yesterday I decided to contact s4nt0s, he told me:

Hey, I just talked to Sven again.
He said you were wanting a refund and he already gave you a refund. You should have received a confirmation from share-it via email.

I told him I did not get any refund and he replied:

Ha. Wow this is crazy lol. Sorry for the hassle but we'll get it figured out.
Maybe he refunded via the wrong email. I sent him your other email.

As this is taking too long, I decided to contact here.

Yes no need to write that in the forum (especially not the email in plain text -> removed it).
Anyway I issued the refund within shareit and thats all I can do. I did what I can and if you don't see your money returned, ask shareit yourself please. I can not do more than issuing the refund.
