How to refresh proxies?

Hello, i am using private proxies, but i have a small problem. The proxies sometimes are going to be down, and if i click again to add them, they are ok. So does GSA have this function to refresh the proxies, i mean to check them again, so they will result like working proxies.

Just uncheck the option to auto disable proxies or enable the option to find new proxies and uncheck all proxy providers and set it to check all proxies (good/bad).

Got some proxy questions too:
As my private proxies are getting banned like hell, I started using public proxies for google scrape which gives me better results than only bans
This is what my settings are:
Search for new every 60min
[  ] only less ...
[x] test All
[x] remove after 60min
[x] disable private on down
[x] disable public on down
But when Im taking a look at it from time to time, it is left with only about 20 proxies which are only my private ones ...
Any suggestions here ?

Well what providers did you choose to get proxies from? Check if they deliver anything good, if not...add some new or choose different once.

I am only using latest google search and I am getting a few 1000 per run!
It looks like the problem is that SER does not scrape for new ones after X mins
