Do I need to tell SER to stop linking from a list

I had a test list of just 200 blog urls and I set SER to comment for one of my websites. When I check it said 3329 submissions so I am wondering if it is trying to post to the same blogs or does it automatically stop at the end of the list.

    When it's done posting to your imported sites, it searches for new targets or uses the global site lists unless you disabled that.

    Thank you Sven. Where do I find the setting to disable global site lists?

    project options -> options -> use URLs from global site lists (right below the SE selection field).

    also unselect all SEs if you just want to use imported lists.
