Where are you hiding the articlebuilder option?

I must be blind cause I can't find the new option to use article builder within SER.

Can someone tell me where this is being hidden?

I can't find the articlebuilder option either, and whatever link or pic or something that Hunar kindly put in above is not working now, so can someone help me :-)
